not wide enough for pants By music lover
This valet is very attractive and has nice features, but there is a design flaw which the company acknowleged, yet claimed they did not realize until I pointed it out. They said the new ones will be corrected. The part that holds the folded pair of pants is actually not wide enough to hold an average sized men's pants without bunching them up to fit in between the bars (despite what the photo shows). The space between the bars measures 11 inches, so if your pants are 11 inches wide, or if you don't need this to hang pants, then it is fine. The company was very nice about this, and offered to send us a different style as a replacement, for a discounted price, and a shipping label to send this one back, although we now have to disassemble it.Well crafted, easy to set-up. Got this a while back and never reviewed it. Basically for the price it is well designed and extremly simple to set-up. Others have commented on the craftmanship, but it seems pretty solid to me, also the center bar width on the one I received is 13 inches from holder to holder.Poor Quality By EandTH
Was so disappointed in this item. When we put it together, the wood was bowed and the entire structure was wobbly. The drawer did not open correctly. It was very poor quality. Sent it back.
