I was frankly surprised by the quality of this item. It's much better than I expected for the price - which was well below what I could find at our local discount chain stores. It's sturdy and well made and I would recommend this item to anyone.missing top piece By Dori Frankel
Customer service was quick and will send a replacement immediately, however, this box, on closer examination, seems to have been retaped possibly as a return from another customer for the same reason. It is missing the top piece which opens to a jewerlry compartment and has a mirror on the inside. The company that shipped this should be notified that this occurred.Great By Alex
Purchased for my girlfriend. She loves it. Plenty of storage for a load of jewelry. Can see the size of it being a problem in the future though.
